Studying in Belgium

Europe / Guides

Belgian, a country divided into two communities, has relatively limited options in English. Those that are available are in Flanders, the Dutch part of the country.

Universities in Flanders are accredited by the same organisations that looks after Dutch universities, with the same high quality. Institutions such as KU Leuven, Karel de Grote,  Odisee, interesting English-language programmes. Brussels also has Vesalius College, a private, English-language university with a focus on law, politics and diplomacy.

Fees at public universities in Belgium are very affordable, around 900 euros tuition per year.

UC Leuven Limberg and Howest all offer some great options to consider.
